Website terms

General terms for using the BuildStride website.

Website information

Information on this website describes BuildStride's services and is provided for general information. It does not itself create a client relationship or constitute engineering, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Quotations and scope

Services are provided only after the scope, fee, programme and deliverables have been agreed. Any assumptions or exclusions included in a quotation form part of that quotation.

Client information

Clients remain responsible for supplying accurate and sufficient project information. Deliverables may require revision if underlying drawings, specifications or instructions change.

Technical responsibility

Where work requires statutory design, certification, engineering approval or other regulated professional sign-off, the appropriate competent professional remains responsible for that approval.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, BuildStride retains rights in its templates and working methods while the client may use paid-for project deliverables for the project for which they were prepared.
